Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Norwich

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: cGBP45,000

We're working with a fast-growing retail organisation that's looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a key role at the heart of a business that's scaling fast, giving you the chance to make a real impact on commercial performance, financial planning, and strategic growth.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to provide insight that drives smarter decision-making, helping optimise trading performance, build robust budgets and forecasts, and evaluate exciting new opportunities. If you're commercially curious, data-savvy, and enjoy connecting finance with strategy, this is the perfect opportunity to step up and shape what comes next.

What You'll Be Doing:

Partnering with commercial and trading teams to provide analysis, insight, and actionable recommendationsBuilding and refining financial models, budgets, and forecastsUsing Power BI and other tools to drive automation, streamline reporting, and improve visibilitySupporting strategic projects from M&A opportunities to new market launchesCollaborating with teams across finance, operations, and leadership to deliver key business objectivesPresenting financial insights to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Board What We're Looking For:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a knack for simplifying complexityAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred), Power BI, Python, or SQL is a plusProven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and shifting prioritiesExperience in retail, consumer goods, or supply chain environments is highly desirableA proactive self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively across departments Why This Role?
