Description
As a Finance Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Finance with a range of tasks including invoice processing, payroll and ensuring financial compliance and accountability.

Description
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.Support the month-end and year-end close processes.Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly.Profile
The successful Finance Officer should have:
AAT qualification or equivalent.Experience of Sage 50 Payroll and Sage50 Accounts would be an advantage.Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.Experience in using accounting software and tools.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.The ability to work effectively in a small-sized team.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.A positive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.Job Offer
