Corporate International Tax - Assistant Manager Location: London / Hybrid

The OpportunityJoin a growing Corporate International Tax team advising a broad client base, from fast-growth businesses to large internationally active groups. The role offers exposure to UK corporate tax with international and cross-border elements, including M&A, structuring and advisory work.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders on technically interesting and commercially focused projects, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and progress your career.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, including billing and cash collection

Deliver high-quality UK corporate tax compliance and advisory work

Support tax due diligence, structuring and international projects

Review corporate tax computations and returns

Liaise with specialists across tax teams and overseas offices

Support tax audits under UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP

Assist with proposals and identifying new work opportunities

About You

CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent)

Strong UK corporate tax experience gained within professional services

Solid experience of UK corporate tax compliance and the annual tax return process

Experience working with UK tax legislation, with some international exposure

Commercial mindset with strong communication skills
