What will you be doing?

Posting daily BACS and Credit Card payments on accounting systems; Workday and SageResolving queriesAssisting external customer queries regarding their unallocated cash whilst maintaining data protection at all timesAllocate transfersEnsuring cheques have been processed promptly and accuratelyProcess indemnities and nettingRequest and process refundsKeep all accounting Spreadsheets up to dateCall Monthly DD run and post once receivedWhat are we looking for?

Previous experience within a similar roleExperience and understanding the importance of meeting company SLAs at targetsExcellent numerical abilityPolite and assertive verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work on own initiative and effectively communicate with both internal and external customersAbility to work well under pressureMicrosoft Office and Google applications experienceWhat's next?
