Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Clydebank
£17.25 per hour
Temp to Perm | Immediate Start (11th Sept 2025)
30 hours per week | 4 days
I'm looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a well-established business in Clydebank on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role supporting two directors across finance and office operations.
My client is a well-established business that prides itself on the quality of their work and the strength of their client relationships. In this role, you'll not only handle core bookkeeping duties but also play a key part in coordinating office administration and supporting wider business operations.
What you'll do:
* Maintain financial records (Xero & Sage)
* Process site workers' timesheets
* Raise invoices & manage payments
* Oversee fleet documentation (10-15 vehicles)
* Order PPE, plant & site materials
* Keep company accreditations up to date
* Provide admin support & diary management for directors
What I'm looking for:
* Proven bookkeeping experience (construction/trades background a bonus)
* Confident using Sage, Xero & MS Office
* Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
