Assistant Property Manager (Trainee Level)

Glasgow City Centre

£26,000 - £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (includes a 30-minute paid lunch break)

Contract: Permanent

Must have full right to work in the UK

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected property management company based in central Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in property or facilities management who is looking to develop their career further within a supportive and growing team.

No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, the company offers full support for you to gain industry-recognised training and qualifications, with a clear path for long-term career progression.

Key responsibilities:

* Supporting senior property managers with administrative and operational duties

* Coordinating property maintenance and contractor activity

* Assisting with property inspections and reports

* Liaising with tenants, clients, and suppliers

* Managing communications, scheduling, and property records

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in property or facilities management is essential

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently

* Confident using Microsoft Office

* Full UK driving licence and own transport

* A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in property management
