Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Slough Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Council Tax Account Officer this role will be: - REMOTE Will need to collect equipment SL1 2EJ

The right candidate will:

* To decide on relevant levels of discount, exemptions, disablement relief in accordance with council tax legislation.

* To deal with correspondence, email enquiries and Siebel requests.

* To issue requests for inspectors to carry visits and validate claims.

* To carry put all aspects of recovery work, including making & monitoring payment arrangements.

We require the following:

* Knowledge of Billing, Collection, Recovery, and court procedures.

* Must have used online revenue systems, including the ability to update records on the database.

* Academy & W2 Dip experience desirable.
