Maths Tuition by a Teacher and Tutor with over 25 Years Experience and more than 200 Testimonials from previous Students and their Parents.

I have taught at three secondary schools in Glasgow, but I wanted to understand in detail, how different Maths topic are covered from P1 to P7, so that I am more capable of using the student 's prior knowledge, in order to make my tutoring as effective as possible.

I now find that I can tutor S1 to S6, with more confidence as I am aware of the essential skills, the students have acquired from P1 to p7.
I have a collection of textbooks in Mathematics from P1 to p7 and from S1 to S6.

I completed my Maths Degree at Aberdeen University and my PGCE in Secondary Mathematics at the Jordanhill Campus of Strathclyde University, where I was one of the top 10 students out of 140, the top ten students were awarded with a free fortnight's trip to New York, in order to study the teaching methods for Maths in American Schools.

ONCE A TOPIC HAS BEEN COVERED AT N5, HIGHER AND ADVANCED HIGHER MATHS, THEN ALL SQA PAST PAPER QUESTIONS ON THAT PARTICULAR TOPIC ARE COMPLETED.

EACH STEP LEADING TO THE SOLUTION OF A SQA PAST PAPER QUESTION ON ANY TOPIC IS EXPLAINED IN A WAY WHICH SUITS EACH INDIVIDUAL STUDENT.
ANY ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE SOLUTION OF ANY QUESTION WHICH THE STUDENT REQUIRES TO LOOK AT AGAIN ARE COVERED WITH EXAMPLES.
