Very tidy 1999 R1, at 25 years old its looking well and sounds great through that scorpion exhaust.

It has 1 key, no owners manual or service book but it does have some MOT and service history receipts.

Some spare parts, with the original red back light, pillion footrest hangers, tool kit, spare bulb, carbon yoke cover, original brake reservoir lid, some original indicators and a new air filter.

Rear mudguard has been shortened, double bubble screen, mini indicators, crash bungs and clear back light, the paintwork is fine, no dents cracks or scuffs on inspection.

Also has a top yoke protector and a chrome brake reservoir lid, the wheel paint is unchipped and shiny with no flakes of paint.

HPi checked prior to purchase. The last owner was local and a one of our regular customers and has owned it since 2013. There were 8 owners before him.

The previous owner only did approximately 2000 miles on it since 2013. He spent some money on it in 2019 with a local, reputable independent workshop. It had oil & filter service, coolant change, brake fluid, carb balance and set up and Exup valve service. It has barely turned a wheel since.

Matching Michelin tyres, still in good shape.

MOT has expired.

Delivery available. First 25 miles free, then £1.50 per mile one way. Northern Ireland - Belfast area £320 + additional £p/mile beyond.

About Us:
Dudley Motorcycles Centre is situated on King Street, Dudley. Steeped in decades of history, the site has always been a motorcycle showroom.

Previously occupied by Copes and then Streetbike, the site then became Dudley Motorcycle Centre, setting up as a Yamaha dealership in 2001.

The showroom closed in 2017 as DMC Yamaha, a new company opened in a larger showroom facility directly opposite.

Sadly, the site remained dormant for few years, though with the recent closure of DMC in July 2025, 2 former DMC staff members (that's us) acquired the used DMC bike stock and moved into the Dudley Motorcycle Centre premises.

The business started trading in August. We're off to a good start thanks to our regular local customers, who have descended upon us in droves upon finding out that we were open for business.

We trade in everything from rusty and crusty restoration projects, fully restored classics, right up to modern bikes of all varieties and anything in-between, providing it's nice or interesting.

We also offer Servicing, repairs and MOT.

Our aim is to offer a wide range of interesting motorcycles and buy anything that tickles our fancy. We'd like to welcome you to visit, and very much look forward to seeing you. All of our used retail motorcycles come with 3 months parts and labour warranty & a full mot if less than 6 months remains. *Clearance/restoration sales may be advertised without warranty.
