Description: The 1980 Yamaha TZ250G was a highly influential, purpose-built production racing motorcycle that marked the pinnacle - and final evolution - of Yamaha's iconic piston-port parallel-twin engine generation,Renowned for offering privateer racers a competitive edge in Grand Prix racing, the G model introduced critical factory performance upgrades right before Yamaha completely redesigned the engine configuration for the 1981 season,It's distinguished from its predecessors by several factory engine and fuel delivery refinements aimed at maximizing top-end power including Mikuni 'Powerjet' carburettors and revised porting, pushing total output to roughly 53–57 bhp,This bike has been superbly put together and remains in fabulous all-round condition thanks to its enthusiastic engineer owner, who has maintained this machine impeccably,It has remained in our vendor's Collection and is only being sold as he is reducing this.
