This bike like every RD350LC has been imported to the UK, this one landed in the UK in 2005 from Germany, this is now over 41yrs old and can be registered as a Historic Vehicle, therefore you no longer need to pay for road tax or have it MOT'd.

The bike came to us showing 35755km and we had the clocks converted to MPH and Miles, the engineer that supplied and fitted the clocks also set the correct Mileage in miles. So if you do look on its MOT history, you'll see a discrepancy on the MOT's as some put it as KM and some put it as Miles.

2.4 A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. Balance payment must be made in full before collection or delivery.

2.5 Ownership transfers once full payment has been received and cleared.

2.6 Any mileage displayed is correct to the best of our knowledge but cannot be guaranteed on older vehicles.

2.7 Vehicles are sold without warranty unless a written warranty is specifically agreed at the time of sale.

2.8 Delivery services can be arranged; costs and timing will be agreed in advance.

2.9 In the unlikely event of a dispute, The Classic Car Guys UK will aim to resolve matters amicably before further action is taken.

3. Service & Maintenance Terms

3.1 Estimates are provided based on initial inspections; final costs may vary if additional work or parts are required.

3.2 We will always seek customer approval before carrying out any extra work not included in the original estimate.

3.3 All parts supplied and fitted by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

3.4 We are not responsible for faults arising from misuse, neglect, or work carried out by third parties after collection.

3.5 Vehicles are left with us at the owner’s risk; however, we take all reasonable precautions for security and safety.

3.6 Payment is due upon completion of work and before vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed.

3.7 Vehicles not collected within 7 days of completion may be subject to storage charges.

3.8 If parts need to be specially ordered, a deposit may be required before work begins.

4. General Terms

4.1 The Classic Car Guys UK operates in accordance with UK consumer law.

4.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
