The MT09 is a fast, light, punchy and affordable bike featuring new styling over the previous model, a colour dash, electronic rider aids, LED projector headlights and position lights. It’s as happy to be as much a sturdy every-dayer as a bike to excite and constantly reassure. Weighing just 189kg fully fuelled it’s now easier to throw around and has a front end that sticks and holds. With its bare, beautiful and functional look, the new MT-09 represents the next major step in the ongoing evolution of the MT DNA. The design strips away everything but the essentials and presents an exterior that reveals the mechanical beauty of the bike to visually express the sound, torque, freedom and agility.



About Us:
Jim Allan Motorcycles first opened for business in 1975 with a shop in Bathgate. Initially trade was centered on the off-road market with Franchises for Suzuki, Husqvarna and KTM.

The business expanded with a shop in Falkirk opening in 1980 and began to concentrate on the road bike sector. The shop in Falkirk became the main focus for the business and now offers full workshop facilities, has a large parts department and supplies ARAI , NOLAN , LAZER , X-LITE , SHOE and other leading brands of helmets. We also supply Alpinestar , Scott , Gear and other leading brands of clothing and accessories for all makes from most of the leading manufacturers.

Jim Allan Motorcycles holds main Franchises for APRILIA, BETA, MOTOGUZZI, QUADZILLA and SUZUKI. All supplied from both the Falkirk and Bathgate stores.

The Falkirk Store Hours : Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and Saturday 9am-5pm.
The Bathgate Store Is Closed On A Wednesday.
