Description
2012 Fazer8 for sale. MOT til july 2027. Michellin road 5 tyres approx 1000 miles use, chain and sprockets about 1500 miles use. Recent oil and filter change, k&n filter fitted at same time. Renthal bars, evotech brake and clutch levers.
Givi rack and topbox. Paintwork on tank is poor, has been been repainted (badly) at sometime.
The engine light comes on occaisionally at start up, code is c43, i think, basically no power from the ecu to fuel pump. It is a common problem on the Fazer. Garage went through the whole wiring loom, have put a permanent feed to the pump, controlled by the kill switch.
Light only comes on if you start the bike before it has completed its checks, ie rev counter does a complete sweep of the dial.
Doesnt affect how the bike runs, but hence the low price.
Would make an ideal commuter.
Have owend the bike 2+ years, selling as missus finds pillion too uncomfortable and wont go, so got another bike.
