Fully recommissioned with full years mot. Offering for sale this Yamaha FZ 750 2 MG model. It belonged to my friend who is no longer with us and I recommissioned it in honour of his memory. He owned and loved the bike for 30 years and toured many countries on it. It has covered 140,000 miles but has a very documented maintenance history. This included piston rings and timing chain, valve shims and oil seals etc. £1100 pounds was spent on parts alone July 2026. And I rode the bike to Mallusk mot centre to get it passed mot. It’s a very affordable classic bike for someone who appreciates what it is. The bike rides like a bike a few months old, it’s taxed and insured in my name so test ride is fine for anyone genuinely interested. I’m trying to get as close to the asking price as possible but I live in the real world. It’s just a bit too sporty riding position for me at my age otherwise I would keep it. I’ve fitted new Pirelli Corsa’s , new DID o ring chain and sprockets,rebuild master cylinder , cleaned , adjusted and balanced carburettors ( see photos ) EBC pads, new battery etc. New oil and filter and lots more.
