Description
We purchased this from B&Q, the carpenter part fitted/glued the base before realising it was the incorrect type, so removed it before the glue set. Dry glue can be see at the base of the post, but this will be unseen when re-fitted. Obviously we could not take it back to B&Q and ask for he £39 refund. The other newel post is brand new and in its wrapper still.
