Paul was very helpful and arrived to look at the problem earlier than originally anticipated. I needed the bath waste pipe replacing after a leak. I had a pop up waste drainage pipe before and now I have cheaper traditional set up but the leak is fixed now. If I’d have known in advance I would have bought the like for like part first before the repair was done. The fee was at the more expensive end for a call out fee within expected price range which included the parts. He fixed the issue relatively quickly and stopped the leak which is the main thing and he also gave me some plumbing advice while he was here. Would use again
