I have a few small bits of work for sale in Glasgow and Rutherglen.
Selling to allow me to focus on other areas as I’m too busy to canvass and develop these areas myself.

Toryglen(kingsview) - 9 houses - £119 - costs £480 ( phase 3 homes complete, people moving in)
Newlands - 10 flats/houses - £167.50 - costs £670
Shawlands -7 houses - £111.50 - costs £557.50
Govan (hardgate/drumoyne) - 61 houses and flats - £495 - costs £2000(lots of potential for expansion i haven’t time to canvass, local facebook group always looking for window cleaners)
