Wheels are fine and can be used as is but they could do with a refurbishment hence the price..
Once refurbished (sprayed) they will look amazing!
No cracks
No repairs
No buckles
No flat-bottomed
Original plan was to refurb these but in the end got lighter wheels for track instead.. hence selling these
