Heavy-duty home gym setup. A standard 1-inch (25.4mm) diameter barbell complete with 48kg of heavy cast iron plates. Excellent for compound movements like bench press, squats, overhead press, and deadlifts.
The plates are in great condition and come in paired increments, making it easy to progressively increase your lifting weight.

• Threaded spinlock collars (screw tightly onto the bar so weights cannot slip)
• 2 x 10kg Cast Iron Plates

Compatibility: This uses the traditional standard 1-inch size, meaning these plates will also fit on any standard 1-inch dumbbell bars you might already own.
