We had the pleasure of working with Zohrah for our wedding on the 20th July 2024, and she was absolutely amazing! Our special day was flawless, thanks to her incredible organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. With over 200 guests and 20 suppliers, Zohrah managed to coordinate everything seamlessly. She is extremely focused and detailed, creating a comprehensive plan for the day and ensuring every supplier was fully briefed. Her dedication and hard work truly shone through, making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. Zohrah was fantastic from the outset. I posted on Bark looking for a wedding planner and she was in contact quickly. We set up a chat and she immediately seemed perfect for what we needed. We thought we were pretty well organised already but wanted someone to help us over the line and to be there on the day. Immediately she asked all the questions we hadn’t thought of and put plans in place to fill the gaps we had missed. If there is one word to sum up Zohrah, it is thorough. She ensured all our plans were detailed and all the suppliers knew exactly what was needed on the day. The fact we knew everything was ticked off meant we could enjoy our day to the full. On the Day Zohrah was fantastic too. Full of energy to make sure everything was done correctly and anything that altered plans (such as us spending way too long getting the perfect photo - sorry Zohrah) was dealt with quickly and plans shifted accordingly. She even found a way to hide the food I’d dropped down my waistcoat! Zohrah was a pleasure to work with and everyone complimented how well the day went which was much to do with her! Thank you.

We had the pleasure of working with Zohrah for our December wedding and we couldn't be happier with the services she provided. From the moment we met Zohrah, we knew we were in good hands. She listened to our vision for the wedding and went above and beyond to bring it to life. Zohrah was incredibly organized and detail-oriented, making sure every aspect of the wedding was planned to perfection. She had fantastic suggestions and guidance on how to make the vision for our day come to life. She was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had, even during the busy holiday season. On the day of the wedding, Zohrah was a true lifesaver! She made sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan, freeing us to simply enjoy the day and make memories with our loved ones. Her professionalism and ability to problem-solve made a huge difference in ensuring that our day was perfect. Zohrah also did an amazing job managing the vendors, making sure everything was set up on time and to our specifications. One vendor commented that Zohrah’s wedding pack was the best she had ever received as it was so detailed. At the reception venue, amongst the numerous things she managed, Zohrah meticulously arranged all the 150 wedding favors on the tables and lit countless candles (burning her fingers in the process!) to create the perfect ambiance for the room. We cannot recommend Zohrah enough for anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.
