📋 Equipment Hire Terms & Conditions
Please read the following before booking. By hiring from us, you agree to these terms.

✅ Booking & Payment
Minimum spend for delivery: £150

Delivery available within a 10-mile radius of Bromley

Collection is available from Bromley (must be pre-arranged)

A £75 refundable deposit is required for all bookings (via cash or card)

Booking is confirmed once full payment + deposit is received

⏰ Hire Duration
Standard hire period is 36 hours

Items must be returned or ready for collection within this time

Late returns will be charged at £25 per day

🚚 Delivery & Collection
Delivery/collection times are agreed in advance

If collecting, please ensure you have suitable transport

You're responsible for the safe return of all items

💸 Deposit & Damages
£75 deposit will be refunded if all items are returned on time, clean, and undamaged

Damaged, lost, or excessively dirty items will be deducted from your deposit

If damage exceeds £75, the difference must be paid by you

Deposits are refunded within 3–5 working days after return and inspection

📦 Use & Responsibility
You are responsible for the equipment throughout the hire period

Do not leave items unattended or exposed to harsh weather unless specified

Items are for personal/event use only — no sub-hiring allowed

❌ Cancellations
Cancel 72+ hours before booking: full refund (minus any expenses)

Cancel within 72 hours: refund may be partial or not available
