Description
We are a leading supplier of Theatrical Drapes for Film & TV, Events & Live Performance.
We make drapes for sale, hire out drapes and other equipment, and install draping off-site all around London and the UK.
We're looking for a hard working, enthusiastic person to work in our busy warehouse in South Wimbledon, SW19.
Your duties would include checking and cleaning drapes, pulling and packing hires, receiving hire-returns, checking orders back in, loading and unloading vehicles, doing occasional deliveries & collections, general warehouse duties such as keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, and keeping all relevant paperwork up to date.
No specific drape experience required, as full training will be provided.
This is a physically active role, requiring the frequent lifting and handling of drapes.
Driving Licence is essential.
Some overtime will be required in the warehouse during busy periods and for stocktaking. Once fully trained and sufficient experience has been gained, some off-site overtime will be available at weekends and evenings, when we're setting up events or studios all over London. Overtime is paid at time and a half.
We're a small friendly hardworking team, who really enjoy what we're doing, so we're looking for someone who enjoys getting the job done to a high standard, and who is keen to learn.
