Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Waiter / Waitress for a small, independent fine dining restaurant in central Bath, renowned for its creative tasting menus and vibrant atmosphere. With just 20 covers and an open kitchen, the restaurant delivers a unique, personal fine dining experience. A small team of six is passionate, hands-on, and dedicated to excellence, and is arguably Bath’s best fine dining experience.

The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Waiter / Waitress to join this close-knit team. This is not just a serving job – it’s about personality, energy, and creating an unforgettable experience for every guest. We’re looking for someone with a personality, an edge, and vibrance for life.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and engaging guests with confidence and charm
Delivering dishes and drinks with speed and precision
Supporting the kitchen and front-of-house team during service
Maintaining a fun, professional atmosphere

What We Offer:

£17.90 per hour (£15.50 per hour basis rate + tips of approx. £5,000 per year/£2.40 per hour)
Paid trial week available
Strict 40-hour week (split shifts: 9:30–3:30 & 6:30–10:30)
