Barista / Waiter – Cafe Wander

Cafe Wander | Full-Time & Part-Time (20 hours)

Cafe Wander is looking for a friendly, experienced and hardworking Barista/Waiter to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident in a busy café environment and can easily switch between making great coffee, serving customers and helping wherever needed.

The ideal candidate will:

● Have previous barista and/or waiting experience

● Be confident making quality coffee and handling a busy service

● Provide friendly and attentive customer service

● Be comfortable multitasking and managing several tasks at once

● Work well under pressure and have a positive attitude

● Be reliable, punctual and well presented

● Be a team player who is happy to get involved and help wherever needed

● Have a genuine passion for hospitality

Your role will include:

● Preparing and serving coffee and other drinks

● Taking orders and serving customers

● Delivering food and clearing tables

● Keeping the café clean, tidy and well stocked

● Taking payments and operating the till

● Helping with opening and closing duties

● Supporting the team to ensure the café runs smoothly

We’re looking for someone friendly, energetic and hands-on, who enjoys a fast-paced café environment and takes pride in providing great service.
