Smoothie & matcha bar FOH

Description

Smoov is London's Brazilian-inspired matcha and functional smoothie bar. We're growing fast, with two London locations and a whole lot more on the horizon.

We're looking for a Floor Lead & Front of house who get it — someone who walks in the door and lifts the whole room, leads by example, takes ownership without being asked, and genuinely loves being around people.

Responsibilities;

- Keeping standards consistently high at every shift

- ⁠Overseeing stock and inventory: counts, ordering, deliveries, wastage tracking, and ensuring we never run out of the good stuff

- ⁠Upholding food safety, allergen compliance, and hygiene standards

- ⁠Contributing to the overall customer experience: pace, presentation, atmosphere, and product quality

- ⁠Making delicious functional shakes & wonderful matchas from our menu

Qualifications

You have proven experience in a hospitality, retail, or food & beverage environment

You're a natural with people - warm, articulate, and effortlessly good at building rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

You carry real energy into a room and it's contagious - in the best way

You're highly organised: rotas, stock levels, compliance checklists - you stay across all of it

You don't wait to be told. You spot what needs doing and you do it

You care about the culture you're part of the atmosphere, the team dynamic, and the experience customers have

An interest or background in health, wellness, or fitness is a genuine plus - you don't need to be a nutritionist, but you should be curious about what we do and why

This role spans both of our London locations Victoria & Harvey Nichols
