Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus
Job Description:
Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a Noodle Bar restaurant in central London. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Ensure food quality and hygiene standards in accordance with UK regulations.
Oversee ordering, inventory management, and cost control to maintain efficient operations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers and increase revenue.
Train, lead, and motivate the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Manage staff scheduling and foster a positive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in marketing and business growth strategies is highly desirable.
Knowledge of UK food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage a team.
