Description
Cafe Lemon is looking for a creative, reliable, and experienced Pop-Up Chef to take over our kitchen every Friday evening. We are a small, stylish bistro located in the heart of Tottenham, just a 5-minute walk from Seven Sisters Underground.
The Opportunity We want someone to bring a fresh vibe to our space once a week. You will have the creative freedom to design a new menu every Friday, showcasing different global cuisines.
When: Thursday or Friday or Saturday one day to start
Hours: 16:00 – 23:00 (Prep to Close)
Location: Cafe Lemon, Tottenham (N15)
Concept: A small, rotating 3-course set menu (2 Starters, 2 Mains, 2 Desserts ).
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
Versatility: Ability to design and execute a high-quality "Any Country" menu that changes weekly.
Independence: You should be comfortable managing a small kitchen and ensuring consistency in a fast-paced bistro environment.
Passion: We love food and want a chef who shares that enthusiasm for trendy, seasonal, and exciting dishes.
Requirements
Proven track record in quality establishments.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a smaller bistro kitchen.
