Counter Staff / Delivery Driver – Full-Time

Location: Sebastiano’s

Hours: Full-Time – 4:00pm to 10:00pm (6 days per week, including weekends)

About the Role

Sebastiano’s is looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking team member to join our growing business. This is a varied role combining front counter customer service with food deliveries, making every shift fast-paced and rewarding.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
Operate the EPOS/till system and process cash and card payments.
Prepare customer orders for collection and delivery.
Deliver food orders safely and efficiently to customers.
Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area and kitchen service areas.
Restock drinks, packaging and other supplies throughout the shift.
Assist the kitchen team when required.
Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety procedures are followed.
Represent Sebastiano’s professionally while making deliveries.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential).
Own vehicle (essential)
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
