Job Description:

Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is currently looking for a knowledgeable Cigar Lounge Manager for a cigar lounge in North London. The role will oversee daily operations and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the cigar lounge, including staff supervision and customer service.
Ensure the highest standards of product knowledge, customer care, and compliance with relevant UK regulations.
Oversee ordering, stock management, and cost control for cigars and related products.
Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
Train, lead, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service and product expertise.
Manage staff scheduling and foster a welcoming, professional work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of cigars, cigar culture, and related products.
Previous management or supervisory experience is desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
