Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? We're looking for an experienced manager to take charge of our cafe operations to ensure the smooth running on a day to day basis and to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and motivate staff
Help steer the company towards its business goals.
Maintain high standard of customer service.
Maintain high standard of cleanliness.
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure good stock rotation and deal with supplier delivery or any issues arising.
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issuers promptly
Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff for efficient service.
Manage staff scheduling and inventory control.

What we are looking fo:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting required.
Ability to handle difficult situations, take ownerships and find resolution.
Ability to manage bar and upsell alcohol.
Up selling other products, placing things on offer when required, offering complimenting sides and pairing wines.
