On a typical day, you’ll be preparing a variety of bubble teas, from classic milk teas to fruity refreshers, carefully following recipes while also working efficiently during busy periods. You’ll learn how to cook tapioca pearls to the perfect texture, shake and seal drinks like a pro, and keep the workspace clean and organised. You’ll also be interacting with customers—taking orders, recommending flavours, and making sure everyone leaves with a smile.

Teamwork is a big part of the role. You’ll be working closely with others to keep everything running smoothly, especially during rush hours when energy is high and every second counts. There’s a real sense of rhythm and satisfaction once you get into the flow.

New starters will be invited to a trial shift, giving you the chance to experience the environment firsthand. During this trial, you’ll be shown the basics, such as drink preparation, hygiene standards, and customer interaction. It’s also an opportunity for the team to see how you communicate, pick up new skills, and fit into the shop’s vibe. Don’t worry if you’ve never done it before—what matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and positive attitude.
