Description
We at Blue Harbour Café are looking for a friendly, approachable individual with a positive attitude who works well independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming café environment.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, taking initiative during quieter periods, and supporting colleagues during busy service times.
Role includes:
Preparing and serving coffee and hot drinks
Taking food and drink orders
Serving customers and clearing tables
Processing payments (cash and card)
Maintaining cleanliness of the café and work areas
Supporting colleagues during busy service times
Previous café or barista experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided. Flexibility to work weekends and busy periods is required.
