Usual Volvo build quality,
Probably the comfiest seats in a car,
Practical estate, with sports like looks....

This one collected from BMW in Wolverhampton,
Just traded in against a shiny new BMW I would expect,
Just over 2 hours, and 115 miles back in complete comfort.
Pulling straight onto the M6, and hoping everything would be ok for the next 2 hours, of course it was,
Just as Volvo intended.
I would also just add this car pulls like a missile , wow someone's been having fun with the mapping I think.
There is also a faint turbo "" whistle"" I use the term ""whistle"" loosely, as its only every now and again.
And sometimes sounds like a growl, maybe a bigger, larger turbo than normal ?
NOT completely sure, but it does pull really well !!!

- MECHANICALS:
Fitted with the brilliant 2.0 diesel engine,
Apparently its 138 horses, but as mentioned above, does feel a whole lot more !
Gearchange is usual Volvo precise, and does change well.
No knocks from the suspension either, and brakes also feel really good.
115 miles back is a proper test drive , far more than your likely to do, and allows me to notice any hidden gremlins !!

- EXTERIOR:
The car is finished in a really sparkling bluey grey metallic paint.
It really does look well in the sunshine today,
Some areas look darker, some lighter depending on where the sun catches it, quite unique really.
So are there any marks, YES of course there is, its 16 years old.
So to start with there is a light scuff to the front passenger bumper, most has polished, but still visable,
A small dent and mark to the rear passenger quarter, see photo.
And the front arches are starting to bubble and rust.
Apart from that, nothing else to report,

- INTERIOR:
Another gem of Volvo engineering ,
Volvo do know how to make seats, if your looking at this car, you'll know.
There are part leather, part neoprene , and do look well,
Yes there's a bit on the drivers bolster, another couple of marks on the drivers seat, near the shoulder area!!
Other than that, the carpets have hoovered up really easily,
No marks on the headlining,
The boot is immaculate , and both load cover and dog guard are both still there..
All in all a nice place to be, and has obviously been cleaned well looked after by the last owner...

Having spent 18 years in the motor trade, owning our own business as a car painter and refinisher, time and mainly my back and knees caught up with me !

So now we source and sell cars direct from the trade we used to work with.

All cars are driven a minimum of 40 miles, so we can assess the creeks and groans.

Most cars ( unless listed as spares or repairs) are sold with a minimum of 6 months MOT, but preferably with a fresh 12 months MOT for peace of mind.

Where possible we source full service history cars.

Our stock changes daily, mainly due to the lower margins we charge to create a higher volume.

I do love the Vw group cars,( VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda ) so you will see a lot of those, plus the smaller engine , cheap to tax and insure cars.
