Description

Swapped a BMW for this MK4 golf in 2023. Roughly 191,600 miles (not driving it so shouldn't increase). It's got half a roll cage, Sparco bucket seats, adjustable coil overs & straight pipe. I swapped knowing the turbo needed replacing (manifold/turbo was already removed when I got the car). Bought and fit a new turbo in 2023, renewed oil and filter then MOT'd it (when replacing the turbo I noticed the flywheel looked almost brand new). During my ownership I've fitted new near side front driveshaft, new near side front track rod end and wheel alignment, new rear discs and pads, new thermostat, new battery...the list goes on. Plenty of history with the car from previous owners but I've not kept any as it was all ordered through the business. Recently MOT'd it, remapped it back to standard & reassembled steering cowling for a buyer who let me down. Unsure of timing belt history (could replace timing belt & water pump at buyer's cost & once I've been paid for the car..not making that mistake again). Popcorn map available at buyer's cost. Has got Aircon - doesn't work. Interior is falling apart, needs some TLC or removing. Rear spoiler cracked. Small rust spot on bonnet. Otherwise pretty solid car. £1000 ONO.
