2009 Volkswagen Passat BlueMotion Estate – Diesel – Manual – Spares or Repair
Selling my VW Passat Estate as spares or repair as the MOT expires on 18 September 2026 and I have decided not to spend more money preparing it for another MOT.
The car has approximately 230,000 miles. It is still in daily use, starts normally and drives normally.
Known faults:
Electronic parking brake has an intermittent fault and parking-brake warning light on the dashboard.
Driver-side wing mirror was damaged when another vehicle knocked it in a hit-and-run. The mirror indicator/LED was damaged and no longer works.
MOT expires 18 September 2026.
Because of these faults and the age/mileage of the car, I am selling it specifically as spares or repair rather than putting it through another MOT.
