Lead Vocalist required for established Glasgow based ‘The Casual Slacks’ Covers band that is extending its appeal by incorporating the addition of a designated vocalist. The band has resumed the original line up and consists of four experienced musicians whom have played together over the last four years. We have played Pubs, Clubs and Venues over the Greater Glasgow area during this time.
We cover all genres of music from 1960’s standards to offerings from current artists including Pop, Rock, New Wave, Punk, Disco, Country etc basically everything from ABBA to Zeppelin, albeit we do keep in mind the venue and audience we are playing to.
Our previous vocalist, whom remains within the band, is keen to extend and develop his musical abilities in respect of guitar and keyboards, hence the opportunity has arisen to now include a designated lead vocalist to develop the band accordingly.
We are looking for a competent vocalist, male or female to fulfil this role and we are not particularly bothered about the level of experience, other than the vocalist being able to deliver lead vocals as required.
Basic info; we four are aged between mid 50’s and 60’s, albeit we don’t act our age. Likewise, there are no age restraints for vocalist from our perspective.
