Lots of rare and unusual records lots dating from the 50s and 60s up to the 1980s. Some opera.
At least half of the LPs are on the more high end classical labels - RCA Victor Red Seal, RCA Red Seal, Decca, Philips, Deustche Grammophon, Argo. Nice heavy vinyl, lovely sleeves.
Some rare bits like polish pressings on Polskie Nagrania Muza label, the odd USSR and Argentinian pressing. A few nice 10” records. Lots of rarities and unusual discs.
Around 50 to 60 LPs are more common records– e.g. Camden Classics, Classics for Pleasure, HMV Classics, Ace of Diamonds. Some opera, some organ music (not Mrs Mills!), brass, soloists etc.
15 box sets – no Readers Digest.
Condition is generally well looked after. Some nice clean and shiny records that don’t look played much at all. Some will be a bit more worn, but this is more likely on the cheaper records. Anything that looked unplayable I have got rid of.
Sleeves are mostly in great nick, some wear on the edges, a bit of writing here and there on the cheap ones and some price labels.
Collection in Hitchin SG5 postcode. No posting due to size.
