Works ’25: more Works than ever

Vertigo Motors is pleased to present the new Vertigo Nitro Works 2025.

The launch of the Vertigo Nitro Works in 2024 marked a significant improvement in the range of green trial bikes, but the DNA of Vertigo Motors is defined by the constant pursuit of improvements to offer the user a product of the highest possible quality. With the new Nitro Works ’25, a further step towards excellence is taken, as these bikes are the result of the research and development efforts of the Vertigo Motors engineering and testing teams over the past few years.

Trials are the real testing ground for Vertigo and, as a result of competition experience, these technically advanced trial bikes were conceived, which have helped win legendary and demanding events such as the Scottish Six Days Trial, the Scott Trial, the Tres Dies de Santigosa, and even winning events in the Spanish championship and also in the World Championship.

The Nitro Works ’25 introduces several innovations compared to the previous model, while also maintaining some of the features that offer the best performance, such as the new rear subframe introduced last season, the skid plate, the power maps, the new injection body calibration and the ‘onboard 0 TPS’ and the improvements in the cooling of the thermal group.

Engine section: the improvements you don’t see but notice

The culmination of years of work is reflected in the new gearbox, included for the first time in production in the Works ’25: the secondary shaft now receives internal lubrication that improves its performance and precision. But the icing on the cake is the new gear selector system, developed internally, which improves not only the feel of the shift but also its precision and reliability. The new Nitro Works receives a complete overhaul of the internal transmission system that will enhance our users’ experience.

All Works ’25 come standard with the new ‘Onboard 0 TPS’ system, which facilitates injection body maintenance by allowing TPS calibration with just the “man overboard” and no computer required.

Another important upgrade for the Works ’25 is the new Crossbow battery, designed by Vertigo Motors, exclusive to our bikes and with an incorporated BMS.

Regarding the cycle parts, the changes compared to the previous model include the new Crossbow handlebar and Vertigo protector and a lighter and more robust gear selector lever with a micro-cast tip that offers better feel and grip to the boot. Also, the Morad aluminium rims anodised in black feature a hub of the same brand forged in aluminium and the spokes are now in black too.

And of course! The Vertigo Nitro Works will continue to be the most striking bike in the paddock. The new ’25 decoration is truly spectacular, enhancing Vertigo’s corporate green colour thanks also to the plastics and some protectors covered with the well-known “snake skin”, which protects against bumps, scratches, and wear that can affect the fork, swingarm, or subframe, among others.

Vertigo Motors will produce the Nitro Works ’25 models in four engine sizes: 125cc, 225cc, 250cc, and 300cc, which will be available soon from Road and Trials.
