Our Vauxhall Meriva is a smart little MPV which has only covered 95k miles and is in overall vert pleasing condition. This is a high-specification ""DESIGN"" model which features a full electrics pack (including those amazing twin sunroof's) and alloy wheels. These cars are durable and capable, with a fantastic reputation for no-nonsense reliable family motoring.

This car is powered by a 95bhp, 1.6-litre petrol engine (same engine as the Astra) with a 5 speed manual gearbox. Because it is fairly compact and lightweight, that engine gives the Meriva genuinely nippy performance. It also ensures this car is fairly economical. These cars are very well built and with this being the higher spec, Design model, it comes laden with plenty of electrical goodies - all of which appear to be working properly after 20 years of use.

Our car has covered just 95k miles, which is well below the overage for a car of this age. It is very clean and well presented overall with only some minor age related marks and some lacquer peel to the roof area. The interior is very clean and tidy with rips to the upholstery and all switchgear fully intact and operational.

These cars are starting to become rare so a well-looked after and nicely presented example such as this is actually a rare sight. Despite its age, our Meriva performs very well. The engine is quiet and smooth and the clutch and gearchange both perform superbly. The car has been road tested and work shop inspected prior to sale to ensure your peace of mind.

This is simple, easy to maintain, and easy to drive - Having test driven the car I can already tell you it is extremely impressive. The gear-change is smooth and precise whilst the 1.6-litre engine is very responsive with plenty of power to give excellent performance. The seats on this Design model are supremely comfortable and it electric windows front and rear, along with electric door mirrors - So a very good spec for the age of the car. The stand out feature - Those electric twin sunroofs are a fantastic addition to the Merivas clever inetrior and flood the inside with light, making it feel all-the-more spacious and welcoming. Overall this car is bright and clean. There are a few minor marks to the bodywork in keeping with the cars age and mileage but it is in quite astounding condition for its age and mileage. Only really negative aspect to the exterior is the lacquer peel evident to the roof area, but this is not that noticeable as the car has a high roofline. The interior of this car is similarly well presented with no adverse wear.
