This was an ex British Gas van. it was resurrected from the graveyard to turn it into a one man camper 4 years ago. It has been worked on by time served mechanic whenever it needs work and has wanted for nothing.

205/45/17 tyres. Holds to the road amazingly.
Upgraded stereo system with large LCD screen that can be connected to phone for sat nav and Youtube, with good quality ,built in speakers in the rear of the van. Sounds amazing.
tv mounted with DVD player.
1 man duvan bed. loads of storage space underneath. bed used as a couch with large cushions during the day.
shelve over driver section also for storage.
Insulated throughout. Amazing in the winter as no condensation. Immaculate clean and tidy with no smells.
50 plus MPG long runs, I hardly ever put diesel in it. Very economical wee van. Used Daily so not been sitting.
roof bars for almost anything. Would suit canoeists.
All round very wee cosy van. has been used to go fishing, hillwalking, visits away. Can park anywhere and nobody knows your inside as there is a curtain that goes across between rear and front cab. I have saved fortunes in hotel costs over the last 4 years.
New flywheel/Clutch 6mnths ago. Recent service, Brakes serviced regular. Had tracking done, well looked after.

POINTS TO NOTE

MOT checks will show.

It has a tiny oil leak that shows up on MOT. Been that way since ive had it Not worth stripping out an engine to try and fix so ive left it. Runs fine, doesn't use huge amounts of oil and I top it up now and again.

Windscreen has a crack that shows on MOT. Not been a failure and I have never needed to have it replaced. Been like that since I got it. Doesn't leak, not in front of the eyes. Not MOT failure.

Surface Rust. There has been no welding needed on this van for 4 years now.


IN SUMMARY
I have loved this wee van. Has given me lots of joy and saved me fortunes, looks the part and is well looked after. Its a 26yr old van, Its a van of its age but it can still have some years left in her if looked after like it has been with me.

PRICE.
Price is fair for vans of this style, reflects the minor issues and some little jobs needing done, which may be done before van sold. also the want to sell. Open to offers but please no stupid ones. Make no mistake this is a Great wee van!
