Peugeot BOXER van, 11 months MOT, spares or repair

For sale is my Peugeot boxer van

Still has over 11 months MOT remaining but will need to sell as spares or repair as it developed a loud ticking noise when driving and a mechanic has told me it potentially needs a new engine. It will need towed away.

It was MOT’d and serviced recently.

I’ve owned the van for 2 1/2 years and it’s never caused me any issues until now.

In the time I’ve had it it’s been well looked after and any necessary work was also completed. I’ve had it serviced, new battery fitted, handbrake done, welding done for MOT, tyres, brakes and shockers done, lights sorted.

Car was driving well until the fault, gears all working fine, engine strong, electrics working.

Could potentially be a cheap fix for someone. I’m sorry to see it go. It served me well

It’s also never been crashed or in any accidents and has had a fairly easy life. Obviously it’s not a head turner but has been supremely reliable until now.
