Part-converted campervan with large dog enclosure

VERY reluctant sale of my part-converted campervan, which is a relatively uncommon MWB, medium height top (L2H2). I'm now doing a masters and don't have the time or the funds to take it the rest of the way.

In excellent condition, fully serviced since I've owned it and any issues dealt with - I've included photo's of the most recent MOT and service. Paintwork and trim has been well cared for, and any peeling paint/ rust resprayed. The bonnet has been repainted black.

Inside, it's been fully insulated with a mixture of 50mm PIR board ('Celotex') and Rockwool. It's had two side-windows fitted and two roof-lights/vents fitted too. The double passenger seat has been swapped out for a single, fully adjustable seat with an armrest. The floor is fully insulated and has lino fitted. Bed structure is solid and measures 141×188cm, so slightly wider than a double bed size. Large dog enclosure underneath the main bed structure, which was large enough for our 48kg Spanish rescue dog! Or fits two medium sized dogs. I've built the foot of the bed so that it folds up to allow access/ exit out of the back door, or allow larger items to still fit.

Essentially, it's now ready for the fun stuff. You can take it as far as you want - go for a full-on kit-out: fit electrics, close it in, fit a kitchen and plumb in gas. Or, make it pretty, use battery powered electrics/ a powerbank, stick a mattress on the bed and go and have some fun!

Gutted I can't finish it myself, hopefully someone can give it the finish it deserves and take it for more adventures.
