Prices
1. The prices quoted include VAT if Hire Purchase and exclude VAT if business leasing. Should the VAT rate change between the point of taking the order to the supply of the vehicle, payments will be adjusted accordingly. Prices also include number plate and Vehicle Registration Charge.
2. watfordvans.com reserves the right to change the price either before or after watfordvans.com accepts any order. We shall notify you of such a change and you have the right to cancel your order if the change is not acceptable.
3. Prices on the web site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by watfordvans.com capable of an acceptance by you.
4. All orders require a deposit, you will be advised of the amount at the point of order. Subsequent cancellation may result in the loss of your deposit (subject to our discretion)
5. Upon agreement by both parties and the relevant order form accepted by you, a holding deposit fee of at least £300 will be taken by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.
Credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge.
