VW DG 1.9 engine

Description

Assembled and running engine, but has developed a water leak from between cylinder head and block (see last image). I bought it to fit while I fixed up my primary engine and now I am selling it.

I bought this engine in several boxes, reassembled and refurbed the top ends, honed the cylinder bores, with new rings and gaskets, valve springs, and added a new clutch plate and fan belt.

There is a carb, inlet manifold, carb, and air filter included. Fully working Alternator is available for additional £30.

If I was keeping it, I would remove the heads and skim them to improve water tightness. I am giving up my workshop and I do not want to store this outside while I do the work, I have too many vw bits lying around already
