Eufy RoboVac 30C Robot Vacuum + Brand New Official Spare Parts
Condition:
Used – in working condition. The vacuum can still clean normally, but after running for a while it occasionally stops halfway and cannot automatically return to the charging base.
Official Support Diagnosis:
Eufy customer service suggested replacing the battery pack and rolling brush motor. I purchased both genuine replacement parts from Eufy’s official store, but found the replacement process too complex and decided not to proceed.
