This lot will be auctioned via Iconic Auctioneers, The Classic Sale at Supercar Fest 2026 on Saturday the 16th of May, Sywell Aerodrome, Sywell, Northampton, NN6 0BN. , The S Series marked the return of TVR from the distinctive looks of the 'wedge' cars to a more traditional design,Introduced in 1990, the S3 featured a stiffer chassis, new bodywork with 4"" longer doors and a revised interior,It retained the 2.9-litre Ford Cologne V6 which generated 168bhp and 191lb/ft and offered 0-60 in 6.8 seconds on the way to around 140mph,First registered in October 1991, this S3 290S has been very carefully maintained over the years supported by a large and comprehensive history file,The file includes the original book pack with service card stamped fully, mostly by TVR main agents, a handwritten account of ownership, numerous supporting invoices for maintenance and upkeep, and a copy of ‘The TVR S Series’ owners maintenance manual,The car presents very well in gleaming white with a smart interior in dark blue leather.
