I employed Roy to replace and fit a new bathroom and I have to say that his service was excellent- easily 10 out of 10. The workmanship was of the highest standards and the bathroom is fantastic quality. He carried out all aspects of the work even replacing and plastering the ceiling. Highly recommended

Roy was quick to respond and came the next day. He helped solve an unusual problem with an electrical socket and provided some good advice. After a quick trip to get parts, the job was all sorted and left tidy. Would certainly recommend

Roy from RW Property Maintenance was very quick to respond to our initial request. His quote for the various bits of work we needed to get done was very reasonable and he was able to come back the next day to complete everything. Roy provided photos of all the work he completed for us. Overall we were really happy with the work done for us !!
