Job Title: English Teacher (Online Work from Home – Flexible Hours)

ABOUT US:

MYMY is an online English education company based in Nanjing, China. We match motivated Chinese students (children & adults) with high-quality English teachers for engaging, effective online lessons.

We are currently building a new teacher talent pool and looking for enthusiastic teachers to join us — either now or in the near future.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We prefer native English speakers from:

U.S.A, U.K, Canada, Australia.

However, we also welcome NON-NATIVE speakers with outstanding English proficiency and teaching ability — if you sound and teach like a native, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native or near-native English proficiency

TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification preferred (strongly recommended, but not an absolute must for exceptional candidates)

Previous online or in-person teaching experience (preferred)

Stable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment

Friendly, energetic, and professional on camera

WHAT WE OFFER:

Fully remote, work-from-home position

Flexible schedule — you set your availability

Competitive hourly rate $15 - $25 (U.S) (to be discussed based on experience and qualifications)

Students referred to you directly by MYMY

Long-term collaboration potential

2. 1 recent photo of yourself

These can be an everyday life photo (traveling, hobbies, with family/pets, etc.). This helps us show your personality to our students in the future.

3. A short self-introduction video (1–2 minutes)

In the video, please:

State your name, nationality, and where you currently live

Briefly talk about your teaching experience and why you enjoy teaching

Share one interesting fact about yourself (hobby, fun story, etc.)

Note: The video does NOT need to be professionally produced — a simple phone recording is fine. We just want to see your energy, clarity, and personality.
