Description
Mercedes Sprinter Recovery Truck – BG18 UYP
Mercedes Sprinter recovery truck for sale. I have owned the truck for the last 3 years and it has been regularly serviced and maintained using genuine Mercedes-Benz parts and genuine Mercedes oil.
The engine was replaced by a Mercedes-Benz main dealer, and I still have the invoice/documentation to prove the work. The replacement engine has covered approximately 70,000 miles since being fitted.
During my ownership it has had:
Rear axle rebuilt
2 new front suspension arms
Regular servicing and maintenance
Good aluminium recovery bed
Replacement engine fitted by Mercedes main dealer
The truck has been used as a working recovery vehicle and has served me well.
Known fault: 3rd gear has a crunch when changing into it. If you let the revs drop before selecting 3rd, it goes into gear okay. I'm mentioning this upfront so any buyer knows exactly what they're buying.
Overall, a good working recovery truck with a strong aluminium bed and a Mercedes dealer-fitted replacement engine.
Genuine reason for sale.
