Description
Selling my excellent condition GT SE as I need to buy a van for a while - I'll be sad to see it go as it's best bike I've ever owned. Perfect all-rounder for the serious rider who wants a bit of comfort: ABS, easy slow control (sensible fuel mapping, very smooth ride), very useful luggage and perfect for two-up (comfortable and still with bags of power to spare).
It's very well maintained: everything is safe and renewed as necessary. "Lots" of service history (can't say full) and you can check the MoTs online. Chain & sprockets in good condition and new Pirelli Diablos. I've ridden all year round (except when there's proper ice) but it is kept garaged and I've given it an annual coat of ACF50 each autumn. All electrics, gauges and so forth work perfectly.
I have put it down once on each side: see last three pics of scratches. One stall at the lights and once on my own driveway (for max embarrassment) but never pranged in any way. Previous owner has obviously done similar (that's where the large crack in the top box comes from). I've polished out the scratches on the front bungs but otherwise marks as shown.
